Job Summary:The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.Job Responsibility:- Managing and monitoring financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements- Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate financial risks- Collaborating with other departments to support financial decision-making- Performing regular financial audits to identify areas for improvementCandidate Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
